PHILLIP KIM is an Associate Attorney of Hang & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Kim’s practice focuses on labor & employment litigation.
Prior to joining Hang & Associates, PLLC, Mr. Kim was a judicial fellow for Honorable Justice Gerald Lebovits in the New York State Supreme Court and supported Judge Lebovits with various state court civil cases. During law school, Mr. Kim was part of the in-house counsel team at Adecco USA, a global staffing firm, and participated in litigation, policy development, and contract negotiations. Mr. Kim is well versed in employment law including Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act.
Mr. Kim received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School with a focus on labor & employment law. He served as the Associate Research Editor for Brooklyn Law School’s Journal of Law & Policy.
